Every Singaporean household will receive a total of $500 in CDC vouchers this year on 3rd January 2024. This is an increase from the $300 provided in 2023. CDC Voucher 2024 is divided into two Parts where $250 can be used at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, $250 can be used at participating supermarkets.
About 23,000 Merchants are Participating in this Scheme in 2024. Eight supermarkets with 415 outlets islandwide are also part of the 2024 scheme, including Ang Mo Supermarket, Giant Singapore, HAO Mart, NTUC FairPrice, Prime Supermarket, Sheng Siong and U-Stars Supermarket. Cold Storage joined the scheme this year, said CDC.
“Quite a number of merchants, shops and supermarkets are going beyond just participating in the scheme. They are also extending their own discounts and rebates, so if you use the CDC vouchers there, you get additional rebates,” said Mr Wong, who is also Finance Minister.
Here’s how you can claim your CDC vouchers:
- Visit the CDC Vouchers website: https://go.gov.sg/cdcv
- Tap on “CDC Vouchers 2024”.
- Log in with Singpass. Only one household member needs to do this.
- You will receive your CDC Voucher link by SMS. You can forward the SMS to share vouchers with other household members
The vouchers will be valid until Dec 31, 2024.
How to spend your CDC vouchers:
- Choose which voucher you want to use (heartland merchants/hawkers or supermarkets).
- Select the amount you want to spend.
- Tap “Show voucher”.
- Show the QR code to the shop staff. They will scan it to complete your payment.
