  4. One-Time Password (OTP): Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Facial Recognition: Allow the website to access your camera and take a selfie.
  6. Upload a clear photo of your valid ID.
  7. Take a selfie holding your ID, ensuring your face and ID are clearly visible.
  8. Review your information and submit your registration.
  9. You will receive a confirmation message once your registration is successful.

Note – If you’re an existing Smart Prepaid subscriber with no profile or need to update your information, you can’t register online. Visit your nearest Smart Store with your ID and phone number. If you’re a Smart Postpaid subscriber, online registration is unavailable. Visit a Smart Store with your valid ID and account details.
